She did not seem to have any sense of urgency, nor did she make any attempt to greet the waiting customers or apologize for the delay. I stood there for about 10 minutes as the one employee who appeared to be serving walked back and forth with other customers’. There were about 10 people in line ahead of me, all looking very impatient. Walked in around 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. It was a very frustrating and slow process. As I was waiting i noticed every time the ipad rang for that they stopped taking orders and entered in the order for the door dash. The floor was greasy and gross, others were having problems with their orders as well. The regular fries looked cold, the chicken tenders I think were the hold up because they were hot and the turkey burger was barely warm when I got my food thirty minutes later. So I did get the kitchen to correct it before it was made, but they weren't happy about it. When I saw the receipt it would've came with all kinds of items I didn't want. He just entered my create your own burger in however he wanted- for me he charged me a higher price burger and added and subtracted toppings that made it much more expensive than if he entered it how I ordered. We waited 15 minutes to order, only 1 very slow person working the register, only 3 people. Someone should share with the restaurants located across the street from the convention center the schedule so that maybe they can be prepared for the influx of crowds.
