![]() ![]() A few weeks later, the pain was not going away, so I had phone call appointment with a doctor to explain my situation. They just told me to use ice/heat packs and ibuprofen for the pain. They took at X-Ray and didn't find anything significant and sent me home. After a couple weeks, the pain didn't get better and I went back to be seen. At the first visit, they prescribed some steroids and said I should feel a lot better in about a week. For example, my back experienced some bad pain the end of July and I went to Park Nicollet for the pain. At times, they've been great, but recently, I've been experiencing some of the worst cases of medical gaslighting I've ever experienced.
